| I absolutely hate guys whose every conversation has to start with "so do you have a bf yet?", "are you dating anyone?", etc. Sorry I don't want to settle. Sorry I can't find anyone I want to be with at the moment. Sorry I don't mind being single. Sorry I have standards. Sorry I don't want to lead a guy on. Sorry I don't feel that loneliness you talk about. Don't try to convince me into having a relationship! I’ll have one WHEN I WANT one. I’m not stupid. I know I can’t one day just wake up and say “okay, that’s the guy I’m gonna marry”.. But I do know that you can get to know someone WITHOUT having to label.. or what many call, “property rights”. And if you don’t know how to, you’re just an idiot. Just because I’m single does NOT mean I’m available.
For me, there are only two categories... Boyfriend or Friend.. either or.. no in between.. If I'm, what you call, "dating" someone, he is just my friend. Sorry I want to keep my options open. Don't tell me how you think I should live my life. Worry about your own.
Another thing I hate is people telling me "you should go out more", "you need to have fun".. Uhhh.. I probably never asked you to hang out with me anyways. Sorry I need some ME time. Also, just because I haven't "partied" with you doesn't mean I need to “live a little”. Don't act like you know me just because I choose not to show you all of myself.
If you’re reading this and think I wrote this because of you… I PROBABLY DID! But, JY, if you read this and think I wrote this solely because of our conversation, I just want you to know it isn’t only you. And no, I’m not mad at you.
All in all, think whatever you want of me. I really don’t care… Just don’t try to advise me on how I should live my life. It’s super annoying. I’m content with myself and my life. Also, constantly getting asked about the bf thing is SUPER ANNOYING. If I want you to know, you’ll know without having to ask.
